Admission and Visa Process

It is our speciality to guide the student for a positive career outcome and successful student visa to Australia.

Eligibility Check

During our first consultation we check your eligibility based on the information provided the student. Successful candidates are advised to submit the all the essential documents (may exclude English Test score) to process the application for the admission decision. Conditional Offer Letter from the education provider will be issued within a very short period, if there are some more documents to be provided to meet the entry criteria of the applying course. The students will be issued an Unconditional Offer Letter, if they could satisfy all the entry requirement in the first place.

This process may take 1-3 weeks for assessment depending upon the education provider. The outstanding documents will be requested (if required). After the offer letter is issued, the applicant needs to submit the required documents to satisfy the Genuine Temporary Entrant Criteria (GTE) including their financial capacity with the evidence documents.

The student is required to make the first semester fees to the education provider upon the satisfaction of the GTE process, and the education provider issues the Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) which is inevitable for processing the visa.

Then, the application for the student visa is sent to the Department of Home Affairs, Australia, general Australian High Commission in the respective country. It is highly recommended that you lodge for the visa before 3 months before the course commencement

The student can ready to board to Australia, upon reaching a positive student visa outcome (Student Visa Grant) notification from Australian Immigration.
